Reception service
Whether on arrival, departure or during your stay, our reception is open for you from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We will be happy to take care of your luggage and issue you with your visitor and access cards for
the meeting rooms. Our courier service will be there to send off or take receipt of your mail.
If you want to undertake anything outside of the Campus we will be happy to recommend restaurants
or events in the immediate vicinity or in Frankfurt. For this we can provide you with useful information,
city maps, hotel and restaurant guides or train schedules. We can, of course, order taxis for you,
and you can pay for your parking space however you want.
Cash machine & bank
You can withdraw cash at the Degussa Bank EC cash machine. You can obtain various international
currencies at the bank counter – subject to availability or prior request.
campusSTORE
Our delicatessen will tempt you with fresh artisanal specialties, selected wines, fine chocolates, delicacies,
drug store products, tobacco products, magazines and candy.
Secretarial and support service
We will be happy to organize meeting support to take down minutes or to compile handouts for the event
participants. Upon request our hostess service will perform services for you such as receiving/welcoming
guests, travel coordination, fax service as well as receiving and forwarding messages.
Copy shop
Our copy shop can do your printing and copying jobs in b/w and color. Upon request we can punch and bind
your documents. We can also perform enlargements, special sizes, and print transparencies for overhead
presentations as well as produce meeting and presentation materials and posters.
Off-site catering
Our catering service will be happy to organize everything you want at a location of your choice.
